During the transport of products, STFU Shop bears the risk of damage, theft, or loss. At the moment of delivery of the products, the risk transfers to you.
After receiving the products, you have the right to terminate the agreement within 14 days. You must inform STFU Shop via email and return the products immediately. You bear the risk during this transport. In the event that payments have already been made, STFU Shop will, after receiving the relevant products, refund the money from this agreement to you within thirty days. Your shipping costs for returning the products are not reimbursed.
Complaints regarding the delivered products will only be processed if they are returned to STFU Shop within 14 days after delivery of the products, with a detailed description of the nature and extent of the defect concerned.
The liability of STFU Shop is limited to the warranty mentioned in article 9. In any case, the liability of STFU Shop as a result of the delivery of defective products is limited to direct damage up to the amount of the price established for the products concerned.
The administration of STFU Shop serves, unless proven otherwise, as conclusive evidence of the orders you have placed, your payments to STFU Shop, and the services. You acknowledge that electronic communication can be used as evidence.
STFU Shop does not guarantee that customs will not confiscate the products you ordered. If this is the case, STFU Shop will not refund any payments to you.
For information about payment methods, you can visit our payment methods page. In case of non-payment for any reason, you are automatically in default and you owe the statutory interest on the total invoiced amount from the due date and all costs for collecting payments made by STFU Shop.
STFU Shop reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes are effective immediately after posting the amended Terms and Conditions.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. The court in Amsterdam has exclusive jurisdiction regarding all disputes relating to these terms.
